And second guessing herself....there is a surprise
She looked like she didn't have any idea as to what she was going to do.
The sceptic in me could say she does know how to get the cameras to give her air time by playing these games.

Mel loves he redid the dish. Ice cream silky smooth. Loved the golden crisp on top

I've had a lot of Brule's and I wouldn't want to eat that because it looks so burnt.

Ice cream punchy
Not most pleasant flavour but work well together

I really want tessa to win just to annoy mel
there they are all on white...........
and instead of cloches are lots of white cloths covering food. immunity is on the line.. no need to cook on sunday
ingredients get revealed e very 5 mins cook whenever you want but can only use what is there when you start. so time or lots of ingredients.. good lord you have no idea if w hat you want will turn up
first pantry staples.. reece can makes lots with that
callum passes as do they all
if you wait till the end you will only have 40 mins
85 mins and beef and bones are revealed
noone looks keen to rush in.. Tessa says ingredients are more important
callum echoe that no acidity
next gin and juniper... mmmmmm Jock teases reece an old fashioned steamed pudding

60 mins grains and tessa jumps in..what will she cook? she picks some steak elevated meat and three veg.. a rib eye with sauce and seasonal vegies.. does a sofrito in the pressure cooker...
Callum and Brendon left 55 min left and herbs

Reece getting air bubbles out of his tart mixture.. it will be so silky he is determined not to collapse this season.....
Put 2 tarts in oven 1 is full and 1 3/4 full in c ase he runs out of time
Next quails and Brendon goes for it no more wasting his time he isnt going to use them
