Poh happy with her broth
Her gnocchi balls are huge..I mean think the size of potatoes

Reynald to liquid nitrogen again
He didn't have his ice cream done but now by the magic of liquid nitro it is now
Plating his quail dish now - His quail is overcooked
Leaving the quail off altogether
The quail has blood erk how is that overcooked. - I thought it was under for the same reason.
quail is supposed to be blushing pink but it looked raw to me
I wonder if there are two shots.. two lots of takes and 7 is showing t he wrong one cos that is not cooked let alone overdone

I feel that Reynald and Lauras dishes look better as a pair than Pohs
She rushed her dessert and you can see that

Gnocchi is bigger than poh expected them to be
Mel asks if she is happy
Poh says she is really happy
Mel says largest gnocchi she has ever seen no argument

jock likes the direction
andy likes his grapefruit but technique Jock barely tasted it
mel not sure it is immunity worthy

Laura now
savoury pork marinated in miso butter poached turnips
jock asked her if she hit the brief she said sure for the savoury not so sure about dessert

mel loved the pork.. beautifully cooked
andy agrees everything is perfect. sauces worked so well and Joack said it hits the brief

dessert....
all agreed the pastry is delicious
but alas vanilla isnt strong enough said Jock...
mel agreed
