blues entre looks gorgeous..... beetroot salad and goats curd.... Grape salad with red wine vinagarette is the correct name
gutzy full of flavour... cravat loves the dressing gary is loving it too
now red,, no plated all wrong.... they have it dwarfed in a huge plate.....it might be nice but looks wrong.... cravat not charred enough... salad is good gary notes three grapes... gutzy thinks diners enjoyed it

holy hell red haven't even got the beef on yet.. even I like the roast cooked a bit
lord blues roast fennel.. what is it with people and fennel?? now the pork.. out of oven Gary said it looks oily... it seems overcooked said Sarah... now what?..
Gary yells out get the mains moving.... mmm the beef looks nice...till they start making it up looks dumb to me.... give e some mash with it please1111
judges get it... Gary said retty and it is cooked beautifully.. cravat rattles on praising it diners enjoy it
now blue.... sarah is in charge again.. it is inconsistent she knows.. i think they may have resurrected the pork belly.. hard to say from looking at it.... no apparently not
gary said lucky to get it up.... how does it taste??? gary loves the damn fennel... not the roast pork no caramelisation it is oily overcooked and dry. diners not keen .. another table got the good stuff...

red team making some sort of cheese plate for dessert.... yuck blue cheese... tht is me out.... thanh said tastes more like cream than blue cheese... he wants more in... jess said well I will have to start over.... or not.. someway to make it more blue cheesy
they have the blue teams dessert... raving...... not my choice at all.. sorbet and mouuse.. looks like a desert scene.... they say it is very clever
