callum and poh poh doing a salad Callum lamb flatbread and I hear pistachio hummus Jock warns them against lamb but callum says we will readd the liquid
oh fuck off mel as Khanh explains a fried dumpling she doesnt hassle reynald as he describes it
LE Panni piree (i think) and tandoo nan bread with prawns
tessa expalin that it is not their field of expertise I hear fish and quail ad bitch turd keeps saying uhuh and then see much quail in mexican cuisine

tessa wants to do stuff that is them... and using the mexican flavours . makes sense to me... she chars whatever she can
brendan starts working on taco shells,, he is so uncomfortable... he preps the blue eye it should fry nicely in a beer batter
lol at Khanh a nd rey.. cant imagine two les slikely
em and laura discuss the dishes. em is feeling really nervous not puffing///along comes Andy... em explains the struggle.... she then asks L if she wants to swap
callum seems very calm... working with Poh is never easy but today her sald seems good. he is worried about the lamb.. should we drop something she says no no no
em still cant get it to puff..... looks like round two,,,,, em feels bad cos it was her suggestion.. she wonders if it is too thick?

oooooh a puff from the piree reece dances around it
now she must get onto the rest of the dish, she is using the tandoor,,, it is a very hot thing..... very hard to get t he balance right....
Callum on track if he can reduce the sauce and get flavour into the lamb.. she breaks it up and it is shredding well,,, she is on the same page though,..
tessa salsa so spicy
now brendan making t he tacos... reece hover as he presses .. then mel sticks her nose in...
Reynald seems to have it under control he gets khanh to taste it.. burns his mouth..[erhaps a bit too greasy he says. rey adds green stuff....

right time to taste..... Mexican up first.... Tessa is proud of her dish.. but knows she might get caned
andy is hungry... seems like they are eating quial.. oh shut up mel.. accidentally authentic indeed.. nasty bitch Andy praises the totillas Jock love the fish judge loved the quial
judge enjoyed the dishes Andy did too Jock was not so kind.. especially about t he piree a steel biscuit......
chinese up now
lets eat.... mel said good not great charlie agreed... jock says still too greasy form the sausage but love the dumplings Khanh
charlie loved the prawn andy liked the flat bread mel whinges about the lamb Andy said it was a bit dry great flavours though Jock agreed

Think it be poh and Callum but too close to call
yeah really hard to say.... good and bad about all teams.. jock really slammed em and Laura

For second round and a huge world map there
good lord Laura Em rey and Khanh Khan is the weakest I think
take a country's food and give them a fine dining make over

Laura goes France her take on coq au vin.... use quail instead of chook and cognac instead of red wine Andy hovers.... he seems to approve..... but it is about execution now
Em thinks perfections presentation is essential french sioux pastry turned into a petit four... she is very focussed spending her time ensuring perfection..a single bite of food will determine her fate
rey doing a french savoury... fish in a white wine sauce Jock is freaked... why not a sweet... you left last time on a fish dish....rey is rethinking.... no room to screw it up if I stuff it up I will be going home

charlie is really down on Laura.. I dunno it sounds good to me Jock said em has nowhere to hide
em onto her cream pat... mmmmmmm sounds good she feels really pressured... then Jock comes up and says the same thing.. geez jock that is a bit cruel she is in tears...

Laura adding bone marrow... mmm sounds good to me reece says bippity boppity boo.... quail is so more delicate.. more suited to fine ding
Khanh now.... I am not sure if he can make Vietnamese food fine dining
rey happy now as he checks it form t he sous vide.. he doesnt touch it this time wanting it to stay intact
em takes them from the oven Jock hovers they are perfect
Khanh feels his are not as under as he hoped for
Laura sounds fine.. I would love to eat it hopes th e balance is there

Mel says every dish needs to be exceptional from now on
Mystery box, immunity challenge and all in elim are the only challenges each week
Which is why we are only getting 3 nights a week from now on possibly.
Someone goes home every 3 days
No more team challenges
