so tonight we are in Vic Kim and Soong are cooking for us tonight

main Beef Pho we like pho but as a main and using store bought noodles
dessert oh later then

so after shopping set up secret lantern restaurant... all about what we as Vietnamese are they say
looks nice enough I spose
lot of hugging and carrying on about their own aprons

so now the broth for the pho and dipping sauce and all of that

dessert Banana fritters and coconut cream... whoops is the banana ripe enough.. if not it wont be sweet enough.. so they marinade it in sugar.. Misty and hub go blah

so now they make the pancakes..... they bought four woks and burners.... the other one says not a good idea new woks are sticky.... they go on and on about it for a bit..... as one insists that seasoning it will b e okay

the other says use oil wipe it off and do it a few times

guest walk.. lot of bitching going on.. most hoping they do well to keep RR where they belong

guests arrive and are welcomed and taken to restaurant

the usual bitching is still continuing...does it ever stop???
rr at head of table which pisses botoxxies off they keep saying that rr are inciting negativity.. rachel keeps making stupid aring sounds

Manu asks if guests are excited.. Waussies say they have never tried any of it

the pancakes are not right. pan is not seasoned enough.. pancakes are sticking pancakes are soft. the other one takes over and send her to do the pork

guests keen on trying the food banana benders and vics
rr saying they are gonna score em 2 no matter how good the food is
others feel uncomfy.. roula doesnt know it is beng televised ha ha

pan butter is pooling in pan.. not spreading evenly... she tries again.. but no good....

she decides to try another sort of pan and it works.. then the other argues that it is gonna take too long.. the older one sticks to her guns..... yes it is gonna take longer.. serve good food late rather than bad food on time

then roula asks the group what did they think of her restaurant.... crap
one liked the salmon and another agreed and then roula butts in with all the salmon was cooked the same

then rachel says you a re being positive,, but are you being honest.... if you all liked it s much why the bad scores
Roua asks what botoxxies thought of salmon it was fine one of them says...then Steve said Emma you said it was like an old boot....shut up steve/// then rach says be honest....

lots of good comments about the look of it except for raving ratbags... looks a bit oily doesn;t fit on my place

I always say fer... shrugs who cares
miami blues... did they do their own noodles.. I have tried a few times and have failed. apparently it takes days to do it properly so they used bought ones.....maybe they should have done another dish???
now there is something wrong with the beef.. apparently you have to cut it across the grain

pm eat it and Pete says every mouthful was a joy to eat. he asks if the noodles are homemade... no they say you can't do it in a few hours. Pete is happy with that
Manu w ould have liked more salt

guests eat.... bananas it is a cracker, liquid gold
vics like it but thought noodles would have been home made

rr are whining.... too fatty roula said she would return it if served in a restaurant. rach whinges about the noodles
