so PM arrive are greeted and into the restaurant
MB boy thinks he looks as good as PM ha ha
vulgies.. we are overdressed as they read the menu
Jordies slam the menu a s being too simple
orders are taken
back t o kitchen
oh lord the jordies go on and on timing is not important if you can cook
we are going to win

entres are going well and are served 5 mins ahead
bedtime for me

so the entres aree served... scallops look good
not so sure about the arancini
what do PM think?
too flavoursome for the sauce.. acidic not sweet. It looked nice but pumpkin it was bland

Manu had the scallops... not seared properly, the cauliflower was nice chorizo was nice.... called the presentation ridiculous. whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

aranccini tastes like pizza says nic they hate it
sooks called the scallops flat
Anna said it didin't blow my marbles laughs all round
jordies undercooked what are the carrots doing t here these two cannot cook seafood

girls busy on the mains..... trying hard to get it right..... they want the judges to think they have e tended themselves
I am glad I am not cooking it... they want the flavours to infuse but not too much

Waussies tell of some weird customers.. in a rich area who try and undercut all the prices one wears a cashmere sweater which costs more than a days wage and he is scungy

girls having trouble cooking the bugs.. w ant char grill but don't want to burn them

vics discuss lambshanks.....
em had the bugs cos she has never seen em done that way Alex is curious
jordies say it is unusual and pronounces camenbert with the t.. good lord.
Alex and em laugh at them she hope it isn't overpowering

plating up.... not happy with the bugs.. good lord take the meat out.. they are placing the bugs in shell.... the rice is awfully dry they say and it wont hold shape and falls all over plate

shanks look better... hard to get on plate as bone falls out.. but meat probably tastes great.

nothing is working Jess is losing it and crying t he other tells her get it together

so mains are served
vics like the look of the shanks
jordies complain of presentation it looks wrong and it will taste wrong
Henry can see how unhappy the girls are

Manu had the bugs and he asked what is the story behind it.... a verion of lobster mornay they say he said it makes no sense... one was perfect the other undercooked. rice dry and too much saffron
Pete had the shanks.... he enjpyed this dish

omg the flame thingy the old ugly one can't use it can't turn it off.. screams the place down.. lucky she hasn't burned the place down

jordies whine no pie crust
looks like a bowl of mueslie hub makes... yum
PM eat it

Pete really liked his flavour is great... not really an apple pie more like an upside down crumble.. anglaise the best in the competition....
Manu what choc did you use.. too much fat he said... leaves a bad taste in mouth.. he is not keen on this.. calls it a failure

Carrots were probably there to keep the shells stable. Don’t you just love the way the horse faced Jordashian repeats everything Manu says? :roll:

My son was texting me while watching. (We’re empty nesters now) He was appalled at the donkey balls masquerading as arrancini. He makes really good ones, got the recipe from a chef friend of our youngest.
Frocky feels like a rant. The botoxies were pronouncing Napoli as na-pole-i. Isn’t that grounds for dismissal? :lol:

I’m not defending the Jordashians, but how are Pete and Colin qualified to judge that cake? Some of those sypup soaked cakes are supposed to be dense. I make a semolina cake with syrup that is light, and another one with walnuts that is fairly dense.
