PATEFACTIO

For those in WA who do not want to read Misty's blog till the show has been televised in the west.

A good idea. I usually finish watching the show before reading Misty's blog, unless I am without tv, then I follow along to get the story. Actually, if we all invested in VAST satellite receivers and registered them for NSW or VIC we could watch the program live. But we would have to go onto summer time.

Oh dear. Undercooked quail. It was more than a minute it needed Manu, almost raw on the breast.

It never ceases to amaze me that the contestants don't know what microwave ovens are for ...... unless they are banned in the comp. I can't see why though as most commercial kitchens use them. And you still need skill to get the food right.

I was on my own last night. Boofsmum was on her way home while MKR was on.

Fred's dad was saying the same thing about skill. Surely they would have cooked that quail before and know what they're up against? I didn't see what they put in the marinade but if there was anything with sugar it takes colour too quickly and looks charred and cooked when it's not.

I'm curious to see what the cheating scandal is. I think it must be something in a jar. Or store bought bread.
