My son cooked tonight. Chicken parmi, mashed potato infused with roasted garlic aand coleslaw. He made fresh breadcrumbs for the schnitzels, it was delicious.

Oooh, that's right, he's a cheffie isn't he?
I had the dreaded delhi belly yesterday so settled for an egg and lettuce sandwich. And as the good book says, I took a little wine for my stomach's sake.

Home made hamburgers and onion rings tonight. There was a lot of faffing about making those onion rings but it was worth it. Son cooked again. My turn tomorrow.
