Carly having a tough job painting and smugs seem to enjoy rendering in a darker more modern colour.... seems like the middle of the night and scarly are still painting.. they realise they bit off more than they can chew

smugs have to plant and build bbq and kitchen benches.... you name it.... she goes off looking for den furniture

now grumpy starts giving pete orders....... we need timber he says and then asks for three more pavers,, t hen says one at a time... then he starts arguing about shevles under sinks and so o... believe me I cant make much senc\se of grumpy grumpy is questioing everything that seems obvious... then when pete asks grumpy goes i dunno.. all Pete wanted to know was the measurements.....

scarly discuss stuff I do not understand with the builders... the tiles are very thin and break.... he is worried he wont have enough.... it is pretty crook to see so many broken tiles...... finally he finds a box with none broken.......

oh dear grumpy is unhappy with the bbq now.... pete keeps tryig to explain he doesnt understand... he asks why not and grumpy says because it is you dont need to ask..... sheesh..... poor pete cant figure it out

6 hours t o go scarly slow at tiling... he is doing a good job a tradie comes to so it for him.... he can now concentrate on screens and planting

The den Courtney is very pleased with it.... she chats to the tradie who looks completely confused ha ha

now the alfresco kitchen . cos it is made of wood it needs to be made fireproof..... building supervisor checks on it... make sure you have it.... then asks tradie have I got it right... tradie said I need the manual to double check..... not sure what grumpy is thinking he is quiet

bbq area looks so empty a couple of walls so to speak.... the have to paint it... grumpy said it will be better with fridge.... finally they agree and give him a happy rob hat. good people who dont know what they are doing.........duh smugs back to den and are feeling good about it

but the sink doesnt want to go in too big perhaps... the mad mad rush...... and the sink will not fit!

they are a bit scared..... but when they enter all we hear are sighs of delight = scumbags zone

they think it is beautiful so resort. loving f ire pit.... ooooh marshmellows... she has to have one now.. loves the water features.. oh look they painted the house.. wow beautiful...... Landy grecian and hispanic.....

oooh look there is a drink holder.... lol she likes the stones, he would have preferred timber...she loves that it is next to the Master bedroom

onto the smuglies

they love the smuglies roof.. great for keeping heat out
like the render but not the colour... not Mediterranean
he picks up on the chairs.... two from each set... she doesnt c are

now the kitchen... sink doesnt fit, no tiles here.... they note the lack of cabinetry..... damn rob.... they love the fridge..... love t he layout smart with the space.. if you are washing up you can engage with diners... such a shame not finished
