all right the judges arrive tonight but first the teams have a lot of work
Surfies are broke, have no idea about suave 60s for the den and the paintwork is a disaster.. they hope a second coat will smooth it out.. and now they are fighting with eachother ove nothing.... i dont think it means anything

smuglies pete is trying to wallpaper the hallway and he is not doing a good job and he is in a bad mood because of it

boys having fun in the bathroom things fit and no you can sit on the loo and not see yourself!!!!

girls have lost their skirting and architraves... they go looking for them........ they get tradies to help them learn how to use a drop saw..... boys have 15 mins spare w hile they wait for tiles to set.....
Tim is a bit offput by it all do our stuff first he asks.....
overall the boys are on track.... except for dining table... where is it... hasnt been delivered

Kale in kitchen have pink tiles.... I like them they hate them .. she wants to talk to Caro.. can we regrout in grey... he is unsure.. caro likes the tiles she doesnt like the grey paint above the tiles... paint it white she suggests.. is there time.

smuglies fix up the room rather than doing other stuff and then the idiot breaks glass... he blames the drill bit

then he completely stuffs up the door handles...... totally uneven..if they fix there are holes in the door... stuck with it

girls making a lot of noise.. I am terrified they are gonna walk in t he open paint
cans..... Jo asks them to please get some paint... even their fake cocktails... garlic olives...........um.............

Kalex paint job in kitchen not the greatest either..... paint goes everywhere//// massive rush to clean up.... the chain for the blinds is stuck to wall...

smugly. he wanted aking bed she won and they try and get the queen in and they fight she says please and he says she is yelling...

judging smuglies.. mural makes the hallway wider Jamie likes the choise of colour Wendy says they didint finish.. the paint job is awful... it looks terrible and they didnt bother painting the architrave

the judges love the main bed room...good colours relaxing calm and fresh
all electricals are hidden... the room looks so muc bigger
the wardrobe is wonderful except for the handles on the wardrobe. they love the dog beds

larry loves the table and how it is dressed.. larry said the right side of Nordic...

bathroom.... larry pretends he is breathless... omg it is beautiful soft pinks and whites and greys and natural wood..... oh some brass too..... gorgeous

the laundry catches their eyes.. they love the dog wash right height..Jamie and Wendy want one Larry notices that they should have put more cupboards in where there is a filled in wall... it looks good.... waste of space says larry. jamie said they love the dogs so much it works

larry says it is like a shed Wendy says no an old caravan....Larry says I like where they are coming from .. but they didint get t here.. why not cover t he horrible wall.. Jamie agrees..... it is so cheap especially with the bad finish....
Larry and jamie dont like the lights..... they have good ideas but they need to put it on paper... be organised.... Jamie said the couch and glasses are wonderful but the tacky walls.......
Larry said it is a place where a sad alcoholic would come

stove is terrific larry loves the tiles.. not Nordic but it works
Wendy said the wood should be at ground level.. swap it for the plant
endy likes the panelling but the boys dont..... Larry gives her a look and she says i am allowed to like it

the ensuite Jamie said a door handle would be nice! loving the mirror and they love the skylight which directs light to it very clever. wendy loves that it is inset. none likes the floor woodlook tiles.. and smaller tiles work better in a smaller room...... it is quite nice but I can see their point

Kalex larry likes a bit of pink n the kitchen Jamie a little 50s it is a very important part of the house almost like a sitting room... the curves and th e matt finishes.. help the 50s look they love the skylight and the love the live plant

Elecnt and thought throgh said larry not a cooks kitchen... but feels generous

the guest bed .. they canot help comparing it to the main and feel it is lacking... it is good but the other one was better and more iteresting. colours were much better. wendy said not as finished and not as much character

Painting the grout? How tacky.

One mixes the color pigment into grout mixing for the color to be shown. Paint will eventually flake off in the long run.

so the homeowners return

I think they are stunned at what the smuglies have done...there are pictures of bulls.... I hate that part.... really dont think much of it.. omg they have this bench = storage covered in fur... and there is a baby backpack for the dogs....
I think they ike it.. but they dont like the wood panelling... they feel unfinished// they were limewashed

another blasted bull.... nah.... then they have a mural on t he wall.. nice enough... they dont like clive jnr the bull on t he wall

then the doors hideous... not painted smuglies unimpressed
main bed .. they love it and the addition of the mat and the new mattress is a big plus.... loving the wardrobe .... there are clothes in t he wardrobe . she thinks it is maternity no said Courtney

onto tradies zone
she says it is like a cafe in Norway.. loves it all.... eats the fruit.. loves the circular table and setting .. they ove the cantilevered walls.... it does look exceptional

now the bathroom.... they just adore it...... the gold the bath the tiling isnt on the underside of the shelf... tradies didnt even notice... now the pink tiles..... not so keen I love em myself

now the den...... omg they love it... dear oh dear.... i can tolerate it more tha the judges.... oh no they try the cocktails which are not real.. but they love them.... everyone is totally stunned.... and those awful diamond lights.. they love them..... they think it is like a caravan..... definately 60s den.. all it needs is a tv and perhaps a piece of art... not keen on the rug either.... I like it but maybe not in there

the kitchen she loves it... so much storage, a dog feeder... all those coffee machines... but no one sees the fern... it is the show piece apparentl


now the guest room which they like.// more toys for the dogs... they notice a gap between t he panelling and the floor

now the lounge room
they truly love it...... not sure why they want a fireplace in qld though
dogs names are embroidered on the rugs. she loves a grey rug and keeps saying she is hoogy or some word like it no one can make it out
they love the panelling which the judges hated......

ensuite.... delight as they enter..... i like it... i just think it is a bit unfinished and i dont like green much but t hey do..... they love the mirror and the shower door.. she said it is hard to do....
