viets are doing something with pho noodles... judges are super impressed.. they never expected them to make noodle from scratch

oh dear...... Italians are s tuffing up the meat.. pan is not hot enough and dad pours brandy over it and then gets a blow torch.. fire everywhere. Judges are not impressed at all

and now the scarves are carrying on over the blasted baklava...... and it is almost time to plate up

now the fish..Matt is concerned... it is gonna be dry maybe.. yuck...but maybe not the skin is wonderful

five min call..if it is not on the table it cannot be judged

dad greek is plating on table and daughter takes it from him

mum greek is worried about dessert.... something about the oil not being hot enough... but she must serve something.....

scarves.. judges praise the savouries Anna is keen to try desserts... scarves blather on about how it is not perfect ..judges eat it and totally disagree,,mass hysteria and crying from the scarves

now the greeks..this is more my style of food... and it looks good too..con talks way too much and keeps taking over as they talk to the judges he even tells his mother to control herself
judges eat the food and con starts telling them how to eat it!!!! Taramasalata got the nod despite the oil
now the fish,,, oh dear,, some of it is not cooked... and guess what someone said seafood king.......... ha ha...seems to be a bit of raw fish.....Matt likes the flavour of the topping and nothing more is said
mum is worried Anna eats it and said what happened with these... mum owns up and Anna has to agree... not right
Anna said it was tough with con bossing you around..... looks like mum is gonna have to talk to him... Matt says there are touches of brilliance the taramasalata for eg

so now the Italians not keen on eggplant myself... but the parma goes down brilliantly.... heyden asks for tips and mum just looks at him.. finally lots of oil

Matt said the meat is undercooked..... not enough oil not hot enough lid on boiled the meat.....oh gross and the meat looked fantastic before he attacked it

Waussies.. matt notes how calm they all were. all the judges love the meat but perhaps the teacle is a bit too much too dominating... nothing else is said and they move on

viets...get a lot of praise for the homemade pho noodles.. the flavour in 2 and a half hours is amazing.... the best I have ever had said Mat. Other judges rave too amazing flavour and depth
now the dessert.. a bit of discussion and then what a hit..we thought it was gonna be a disaster

vics finally... what an amazing spread of food truly I am starving now. and the fish they w ere worried about is a winner now the 4 desserts..... they all want a bit of everything.. the choc torte is a hit,,,,,
but she slags chilli and choc and pears but these she loves

so the judging... praise all around. who is the winner.. it was not an unanimous decision says Matt. we had a food fight oh now I am so pissed off the scarves won.....no way....... seriously when you saw all the food the others did......... but apparently they fitted the brief...
they have first pick of game changes. Tomorrow not cooking in these kitchens and you w ill need to cook a lot more food.... once you choose no one else can have it... they choose the mystery power
tomorrows challenge involves grocery shopping and this mob have double the value of all the others

Now... food truck challenge. Team which makes the most cash wins losing team is up for elim, food cannot cost more than 5.00 a serve must be family food
so off we go Greeks in disarray fighting over what to cook... go for what is cheap.. off they go
Italians are all organised and have picked arancini straight up .

Tom says it is a huge task for you guys let alone them
scarves are making burgers.........hmmmmmmm arguing like loons now.. don't forget any ingredients...but you should see them chopping cabbage

so the challenge is to make Annas cake. it looks scary
holy hell when it is cut open it is full chocs and a whole pile of other thing.. nothing looks simple...... the are calling it the tower of terror. hub looks at me... I just go don't be effn dumb.....as if I am gonna even try that.
