Osso bucco tonight. It looks stormy outside so it warrants a good comfort dish. I've greekified it a bit because it's having some klitharaki cooked in it after the meat is soft and tender. Klitharaki is the Greek equivalent of risoni.

Mmm, maybe I should have gone to the wog shop and bought kefalograviera, my favourite Greek cheese. Nah, can't be bothered. A bit of parmesan grated on the microplane will do.

Ps. I'm having one of those wonderful laid back pyjama days. :D

I'm still trying to get my head around undercooked livers as seen on TV cooking shows. If chicken has to be cooked through, why can their livers be pink?
