Ben having trouble w ith dates.... some sort of greek dish frocky probably knows it.... sounds like gatamaia

Lee has a beautiful salmon and appears to know how to fillet it........

Benita is clear... an earl grey ice cream sandwich with peaches/// that could work

looks like rashie is stuffed 15 mins and he is still in the pantry ginger he thinks..then thinks of a dish his mother made and off he goes

Benita feels okay right now

Ben has a plan now

poor old Rashie.......... not going as well as he hoped

ben is pureeing the dates with some pommegranites

poor Benita is worried the ice cream isn't setting.. gary offers help he suggest another way... she thinks blast chiller....

ben is on a roll

but Rashie...maybe not so.....

whoops Benita ice cream will not set... now what she wonders.... she is determined..... custard?////// won't be as good especally with the biscuits

ben is unsure about serving the dish... it comes in foil traditionally.... should I no... oh wait yes....

and time is up

so Lee an his salmon are up first he is very happy with the dish. he defends it to judges.. cravat supports him

they eat..... gary impressed..... gutzy loved the tomato....

Ben... gutzy said always use the alfoil.......... cravat says forget the camera.. gutsy don't mess with it...gary says it may look like a dog's breakfast but it is fantastic

Rashie next.. feels a bit confident.....

Rashie's dish looks nice enough.. of course, the taste is the thing ( when they feel like it)
but alas they can't even taste the peppercorn..... beardedcravat said he has a lovely dish without the peppercorns

not my favorite at all says Gary

why do you want it so much asks cravat.... you have to do what you want. gutzy asks if you like the pressure of MC yes she says I do


so how does it eat? gary likes it so does gutzy and beardyboy....... so it is a custard and not an icecream... well yeah says Misty but she thought out of the box...
