Me and U for Dinner

We had a home cooked Indian feast last night. The evening turned to shit but the food was good. I made my famous beef cheek curry, tofu curry for the vegan , dahl, raita and salsa followed by a cocnut milk rice pudding. I didn't think much of the pudding but the others liked it.

I used Monday's left over roast pork to make a hotpot/shepherds pie similar to the one on last nights MKR. Tastes nice. Potatoes are on the boil right now.

Clarkes is my favourite restaurant. I have a friend visiting from America next year. This is where I'll be taking him. Superb!

Tonight we're having rib eye steaks, roast potato and sweet potato and broccolini.
