Vics are making cheese to go into the gnochhi.. but not using spuds cos the spuds are the wrong type so ricotta gnochhi it is...... but the Italians are using the spuds.. Matt warns kipler is not good for gnocchi

looks like a market of some sort..lots of tents set up

okay people bring their own food and all eat together.. this time this lot will cook
only one protein today.. chook and they have to do a KFC.. invent their own special recipes
have to cook a main and a dessert, two side with the chook and you must collect your supplies from a local store
