pile of vegies meat on bench no one is quite sure about it all
one smells it and says lamb nah says another colour is all wrong no it is a cooked dish perhaps sousveyed...Matt calls it his version of meat and three veg Matt urges follow the recipe
they open t he book and the damn cheating stinkers are all trying t o stay and read.. the two that stay can't understand it

Matt says first half an hour is th emost important to set it up or they will struggle stinkers are just bein stupid

so make the mushroom stuffing first and then roll it up in the lamb advises Matt

Italians seem to be getting this step okay..but dad won't shut up as usual

Greeks fighting as usual over nothing

stinkers are saying i will give them one of my recipes in a different language. oh for craps sakes you are all educated here..... this is so pathetic

of course t he stinkers are trying to c heat again... and they get it all wrong...not putting the lamb in the oven now the idiots c an't work out what t he potato is.... judges are so anoyed.. Matt comes over,,,, get the lamb in the oven.. he keeps saying it till they do it

the italians are doing great....
vics behind still pounding meat.... at least the stuffing is done so they start to roll it... omg matt screams don;t cut the fat flap.. you need it to roll it... oh no,,, how stupid

greeks not worried about the lamb... no one else has their in oven a nd t here we go the italians have done theirs. greeks have the meat on the bench,,, no stuffing done.... now they argue over sea salt or plain salt. one says salt is flavour and the other too much what is a ramekin clarified butter... one tells the other and he said that is not what I asked. matt is passing out,,,,, the lamb is still on the bench

changeover.. vics are calm... yes a bit behind but okay
stinkers are screaming at eachother one doesn't like the way it was tied.... and cuts it and matt is freaking out,, he is quite angry actually.. it was all leannes fault apparently...with a bit of luck they will lose........

oh gosh the italians haven't even started the gallette

all teams are at various stages of distress' stinkers changeover and they all refuse to go Matt has to threaten to ban them

Greeks have a great gallette..everyone else has underestimated the time..vics will crank the oven up hoping it works out

damn glad i don;t have to cook the gallette... but hub is keen..... I would slice my fingers on t he mandolin

lambs are coming out...... testing temps.. some are better than others

butlers... gallette not quite ready lamb is resting... but there it goes and it looks lovely
stinkers are s till b ehind nothing on the table and countdown, stinkers finally put it out

butlers is fab despite cutting some of the fat off. Matt loves the whole menu
now the greeks... well it looks good says Matt...the gallette is perfect,,,,
and the italian... no dressing, they ran out of time and forgot it....not a good excuse really as they were so far ahead.. gallette not as crispy as it should be...but beautifully seasoned... the lamb is a disappointment.. perfectly cooked but no mushroom inside...you s tarted so well but didn't come home strong

stinkers admit they didnt do the recipe justice.... the communication w as a disaster..... work w as done and redone,,, not good it doesnt look good.... the gallette looks pale.... the lamb is lovely but so much is wrong.. and your communication..............

so who won who is up for elim???

last night we couldn't access the site. it was a disaster. I posted a great long post and the damn thing went whacko. I deleted the show'

so on sunday the stinkers survived again. The shephers went home cos they put raw garlic on poached eggs..............what can i tell you
