Butlers dates thingies they figured it was a last minute thing. one would have liked a nut or something in it

CWA really loved it overall.. very dainty with great flavours

the crescent thing is loved... not a scone of course fresh jam hits the spot
the smoked salmon things way too big
now the stinkers lammos.. yes it measures up..seem to really like it...

now the Greeks....mmmm ladies and judges loving the pastry around s omething... and there are other pastries
but only two lammos snd they are awful.. way out of size...but the cake is superb they all agree

so it looks like there is a big restaurant event happening.. pub grub challenge.....

a mystery location of course Butlers have time advantage 45 mins to prep
Matt is running the pass in the pub
1 entre and two mains and they get to choose the protein they want the fish so the Greeks can't have it

they go squid barra and minced beef
squid first fish and chips an a thai beef dish

the other two teams discuss what is happening as they travel to the place

all three teams will be cooking in the same kitchen
judges seem to think t hey are w asting their time advantage with the beef one,,, it is so easy and quick to make,,,

others arrive s tinkers have never been to a pub and have no idea what a pub lunch is
greeks grab the steak and pork cutlets and chook wings and the greek boys are trying to smash potatoes raw.........
stinkers are left with prawns chicken and lamb...

of course the stinkers are way behind on the prawns.....Soola said it would need three hours, so they left em,,,,

about 15 min for entre.... stinkers will never make it.... Heyden said if they are struggling it is bad planning

only greeks are ready butlers and stinkers are not

the other diners have to wait.. finally Butlers have food to serve
stinkers three prawns and now another two and seriously they are not even using the char grill cos it is full

judges Butlers sp squid with garlic aoli seems to be fine
chook wings Greeks.... tom loves it,,,, praises the use of Asian flavours
stinkers finally have food up. diners like it.... judges, well they look good says tom... yes they are beautifully cooked. Anna loves the salad with it.

lots of diners want the prawns but there is none.. now the skewers are down to two prawns.. Judges are very embarrassed. guests aren't either

so mains/// Greeks grab the grill. Butlers take a position too... Judges still worried a bout the butler's thai minced beef.. cooked to order and parts of it have to be done each dish. and she is stuffing up the fried eggs...

judges like t he look of the butlers fish and chips omg one of the guests.. oh the chips on the sode are very delightful... give me strength

oh I dunno it looks all right to me,, seen worse. tom said it is one dimensional. mince is overcooked not a satisfactory dish they all agree

now the greeks are powering along... diners enjoy the steak Anna is really loving t he potatoes
now the pork matt says it is overcooked. grill is flaming up.. might need a clean. a dish comes back.. way too overdone.. now about 6 dishes.... there is a bit of sparring going on.... not sure if they are safe now as they start cleaning the grill. Diners very dissappointed. Judges hate it too...not just well done just so dry....

stinkers chook seem to be popular with the diners and it seems the judges like it too... guests who sent their pork back are asking for chicken.. stinkers are going on and on.. now they want to be pub cooks...... judges eye off the mains..... they are so delighted with stinkers chook, so perfectly cooked they say..succulent and well seasoned and they love the mushroom sauce

now the lamb,,, tom likes the look of it, Diners do too and love it,,,, judges really into it....
