Everyone liked the dessert except for Roula and her offsider. They really made prats out of themselves. The thing I hate most is the way they move their heads and point the finger while they're carrying on for the camera. It's pathetic. As for those two poor young things, how did they get past so many trials if they really can't cook? I think I might have worked it out now. There are probably only a handful of teams that are finals worthy. The rest get selected to fill the gaps because they really don't want umpteen good tems.

I think you are right frocky.. pick a few good ones, have some trouble makers, have some nice guys you want to win but really are not up to it. Got any ideas who t he good ones are?

main Kletiko greek baked lamb... apparently it was cooked like a hungi in the old days to hide it from the authorites. anyway it sounds good ( trav.. a hungi is a NZ way of cooking. you dig a hole and get hot coals.. wrap t he meat up and then put the soil back).. takes all day

dessert is baklava .. pete warns don't let it dry out...mmmm hub and Misty approve of this food

Admittedly hub has never made baklava... but he seems to know about t his stuff
stuss sends steve off to trim the lamb.. not too much you need fat for taste
