okay what is happening tonight
a three course meal do I hear?
2 rounds same as usual
three course meal in 2 hours all courses must have a key component of dairy
serve it when you are ready, if you miss the cut off you miss out on judging

truffles 3 cheese courses... why not?
vulgies are so happy with this
sooks need help to carry the basket

truffles henry is doing the three cheese souffle
anna main blue cheese quiche ( yuck)
dessert gin and lemon cheesecake
they feel as if it is a good menu and shows they are pushing the boundaries

waussies entre baked cheese bruschetta with pear chutney
main Eye Fillet with oyster cream sauce

vulgies Akroska cold buttermilk soup
main braised russian meatballs
dessert guriev Kasha didnt catch it but it is about dairy for sure

sooks french entre lobster chowder
main grilled blue eye with a veur blanc sauce
and I missed the dessert berry compote and cream I guess

waussies white choc mousse I hear.....

Anna gets advice about the gin for the cheesecake

gee I dunno a clam chowder takes forever t o do properly ... oh well

Waussies baked cheese is fab and spread the lot over the bread and take it up to PM
mmmmm looks good....
they both love it

vulgies soup goes to pm..it looks vile but manu is keen,, he loves it so does pete

oh crap I just saw the result those stinking sooks have pushed the Waussies out....

Ditto. How to set up a win ...... let them cook whatever they want, and so the Viets cook Viet which is their strength. They had a lot of trouble with other dishes, but this was playing into their hands.

Now my 2 faves can’t make it together. If the Ruskies get through tonight no more watching for me. What a crock of a show. Blah!

I was thinking the same thing. I think the waussies are weaker cooks so I hope the Truffles get through.. I have to watch cos I committed to the blog...

mmm truffles souffle looks lovely... off it goes to judges...yum I am hungry Manu goes first and then Pete... Manu loves it yum yum yum and Pate agrees

panic will the sooks get there.. yes we all know they will cos we know they have been pushed through..... BORING

Waussies plating mains.... oh yum that is a nice looking steak... I immediately want more of the sauce though
Pete says steak is cooked perfectly delicious and manu loves it too.... it looks fabulous
