I have been out and now I am still s tarving... it is a cold wet day in sydney.. and those meatballs....... I just rang hub and said can we have meatballs tonight.. ha ha he was prepared for me.... there are a few bags of prepared meatballs in the freezer... take them out and I will make a sauce later... yum!!!

today the three have to recreate a dish called autim harvest.. I am dying to dive itn now it really doesn't look that hard to me... hub collapses on t he floor laughing... well it doesn't and then she starts e xplaining.. duck... oh yum... chestnut pasta...so okay it is complicated... but hell it looks good... I a m gonna look at the recipe

put it into the sous vide machine for an our.. sara has cracker hers and puts the whole yolk in.. no it is the whole egg...... starts again

hooda starts on t he shallots.... they need to be caramelised.... but in actual caramel and then covers it with a cartouche sarah has done hers and Lias peels her shallots.. the others didin't
