so it is down and they eat it... one of the chefs said he wanted some brown meat it is too clean said one.. not enough flavour considering

jess is next is she stuffed.. something is burned to ash she tells us.. oh i will make a twill.... off she goes and gutzy interferes. clean down a nd lay plates out yes george she says....

and she serves it and discusses her dish to the judges

some of it is nice and some is not too many competing elements too many ambitious flavours.. technique is good

sashi send his out judges seem impressed... how does it eat Gary loves it loves the sourness cravat says the sauce is delicious.... but the chicken is not that good ...cant make sense of what is wrong with it but gutzy agrees

Bens dessert gos out and is an instant hit.... a wondrful reinvention says gutzy. the others agree... loving the passionfruit, the champagne foam.. Gary says he wants one to go

now out goes sashis... it doesnt appeal to me at all but gutzes like it and they like the taste

poor old Khanh. Shannon fusses get it plated..... oh dear it seems there is troubl with the mousse here we go what a disaster
