today they have to cook for celebs....boring usually I have never heard of any of these people

degustation menu each course must feature a secret ingredient

teams pick an envelope. mains entres canapes deserts....
staggered cook.. giles have mushrooms..... and they are doing canapes
speck and blue cheese s tuffed
mushroom and chicken without the chicken um
then I hear blood sausage..........um... in a canape..... everyne has an opinion and none are favourable

now the Lebanese familiy..... entre featuring beef fillet//// good as long as they know how to cook with it... Mum is nervous cos she only cooks lamb
oh god they make bread an boboganouche... cant spell it but know I hate it
blue tarts go to stir em up.. making silly comments son yells at them leave mum alone as she hacks into the beef


now the blue tarts entre featuring prawns
garlic prawns on top of feta and walnut salad.....

canapes are served......black pudding is explained.... some eat it... and then are surprised as they like it.. it is like salami

now the Islanders are up a main featuring snapper... they are happy
now Italians main with lamb..... mum not happy.. ah wait we will crumb it...

Lebs are fighting as they nearly burn the kitchen down...these two are ilarious

blue tarts very confident with prawns... ugly sister talks to them.. oh a sald.. is that all.... she tells us she wouldnt be happy with that... stupid bitch... salad is fine

Lebs getting it together... making a very nice plate..... the guests get what is called a lebanese taco. it is well received.

the blue tarts dish looks great and apparently they taste great too. Kerri anne loves the salad.. one person said the prawn is undercooked.. Matt agrees.. everyone else got well cooked ones

one guy goes into the kitchen and tells them how bad the prawns were... he also said nuts were unnecessary.. bit of a smart ass

blue vegan have dessert with lemons and limes.....some sort of vegan cake.. and I am not sure if it is gonna work.... the uglies look stunned and say you cant make a good dessert without milk and cream and butter

Lebs look a bit shocked too

islanders seem to be on track in a nutso sort of a way

now the stinking uglies are criticising the Italians celebs dont want crumbling ( sic) lamb cutlets

lemon cake is in the oven.. never made it before... not used to the ratios... but it seems okay and then oh no the cake has collapsed. How to save... matt calls it a horror story... um they decide on calling it a pudding

Evans are up now dessert featuring chocolate.... profiteroles... white and dark choc hearing berries icing sugar and feeling sick. bloody hell what is wrong with normal profiteroles lots of real choc and real cream

now vegans.... Matt comes over they assure him there will be dessert

Italians now that crumbed lamb looks good to me.. I am not mad on lamb,, but I love chops. Some are whining about it being fried. Kerri anne likes hers pink

vegans she has a migraine can only see out of one eye... how dreadful..... she is sitting out.. people are worried

alas the vegan dessert is a disaster.. someone said it is like cleaning stuff
lemons so bitter cos not cooked enough...

I am hearing a lot of turning the oven off
italians finally realise what fools they have been by not reading the recipe
fat ugly says it is a recipe for disaster..goodness she is a nasty bitch
oh no now the italians have left the oven on with the dough in there
Evans seem to be very focused and are following the recipe exactly..he is even using two thermometers!!!

now fatugly is wandering around and people are totally ignoring her and the fathag is upset.. oh grow up you are trying to stir the pot

the italians are still not doing it properly.. not following the measurements it will be lumpy

the Lebs are fighting cos mum wont read the recipe and he keeps telling her she has to and she keeps butting in

now the Italians are still struggling with the mousse... lumpy.... and now they realise that the bread is stuffed..... they are so upset with all the measuring and so on.. i get it when you cook t he same stuff you just know...
