fatuglies and Giles are worried about game changer. blue tarts will cut the head chef..so who is it fatuglies... oh dear.. and they are freaking...the young one is on her own..the whining and whinging from the old fat one.........

Judges approve on the giles menu.. three different flavours
fatso still whines and wines... like a two year old

Itais not so happy.... steak and vegies.. is it creative enough
pasta ragout.... and some sort of meatloaf dish with steak.... it is going to be rolled.........hmmmm

blue tarts are not going to waste anything... but why is the skin on for the ceviche... it will be tough inedible

Itais have some nice food.... now they roll up the beef around spinach and an egg..... a bit weird say the judges

blue tarts try the ceviche.. judges watch on.... aha they know the skin has to go Judges are happy but not so happy with the red emperor fish..... it looks like the garlic has burned.. and when poured over fish..... judges groan

fatuglies scream out it looks like we will be eating burned fish

Giles seem to be making nice food too. I know I am hungry

no fish is not burned. it is just the herbs. now judges hope the fish is cooked

Judges are very unsure with the Itais. rolled meat

giles girls are a lil concerned over the cauli leaves dolmadis

judges are confused as to why fatuglies are putting food in a blender

first dishes are nice but predictable
what about the halim ..it looks ghastly to me... chicken Halim Matt is unimpressed.. chicken puree..... it is very creative though

Giles are next
cauli stir fry and some different sauces and the dolmadies
mmmm it is looking good,,,, Matt quesries walnuts in stirfry... but it is good.... they like the buffalo cauli and they love the blue cheese sauce... it is very clever cooking
Matt is a bit unsure about the domadies... Anna said pour boiling water over the leaves first and then braise

Itais.... steak and two veg, the rolled thing and the pasta in the ragout
Judges eat.. Matt raves over the pasta and the meat and two veg is perfectly cooked. the love the idea of the rolled thing.. just the wrong piece of meat

now the blue tarts... three red emperor dishes a soup to start,,, they enjoy it

the ceviche is full of flavour
and the pan fried fish.... alas it is burned on the outside and undercooked inside

so oh shut up fatuglies going on about karma

from the bottom up blue tarts Itais fat uglies and yes Giles are safe woo hoo

we have the horrible fatuglies the gorgeous Giles Girls, the blue tarts and the old ladies

The Giles girls are safe and are into the final three
someone is going home .. I do hope it is the fatuglies
2 rounds pantry pick... one family picks the ingredients and each family pantry have been stripped..... the Giles Girls get to choose who gets the power.

the girls look at the food and pick the blue tarts and they do it cos they believe they may have a better chance againts them
fatugles call them full on assassins ha ha

right so boys are being careful. trying not to pick ingredients that other teams love... they go for the lovely balmain bugs and duck fatuglies say they dont like ugly things.. they must hate themselves.

omg the other is doing duck with rhubarb sauce

the fatuglies snap back at the blue tarts.. what is it to you what we cook.. we dont do protein we will beat you... ha ha omg ugly rude and and dumb

they are skinning the duck... oh no no you dont do that judges are freaking out too Giles sisters look aghast but say nothing

blue tarts are searing t he duck before baking.. good. first they salt the duck. boys also making pasta...nona laughs

I am so hungry.. I love both bugs ( traveller each sity in the world has bugs... they are like mini lobsters meat maybe more crab like... lovely)
fatuglies gong on that nona will beat the boys....... Nona whines that the boys are using a machine... god they go on,.... mum says a machine cannot beat me

blue tarts have the right idea .. into a cold pan and rendering the pan.... a few mins each side and into the oven... the fatuglies have no skin on theirs

the fatuglies have burned the peanuts and are doing a major whine and now they are fighting about it

now the pasta.... it is exquisite... who knew?

now the fatuglies the bugs look good judges keen to try it.. overcooked and gone to mush.... sauce is lovely
the duck,,, way too well done the suace is good

now the mums.... the ravioli is a delight
the duck.... oh dear... it is totally undercooked.. even for me..... fat not rendered... matt says mine is not that bad, but i like it pinker. the thing is unrendered fat is blah
