oh no mums pulling out t he dough..... it is not cooked

so the fat uglies have caught up.....they start making lollies
blue tarts are eating the broken ones.....
matt comes out and says start building forget the rest

fatuglies start.... having trouble judges saying hold it use more glue... yawn..........

oh no the mums do it the wrong way.. then there is a yelling fest.. bits of cakes break off..oh dear gonna be a disaster... cake is collapsing

fatuglies have it all pretty and now it is collapsing too half of it is still up

so finally after all the yelling and waffling etc etc time is up
fatuglies look safest to me,,,,

judges eat away... lots of good things to say about mums

fatuglies also seem to have the lollies done..lollipops have melted

well alas the fatuglies are safe and mums are going home

proteins in the kitchen and you can go shopping too

and fatuglies vegies of course... how boring

all working in the same kitchen
Giles mincing from cratch.. using two cleavers.... fascinating...hard to get done evenly....

fatuglies cant work the oven whine and brag as they slice ricotta cheese

back to blue tarts..... beautiful steak and marron cooked over charcoal...
fatuglies keep whinging about the smoke... sabotage.... oh give me strength!

so the food is served to the familes\
I love the Giles girls but the mother.........oh dear......... she even speaks for the husband... he cant get a word in,, the girls are ver unhappy w ith the dish... they couldnt chop it properly with the knives... I hope they don suffer for being authentic

mum said it looks unappealing and wilted. he says nothing.... another man said it is dry .. all the moisture fall to th botton another sai the flavour is good.

the fatuglies dish arrives... mum pretends to know everything. oh is that Haloumi cheese hub just says I dont know, it is all new to me
the fatuglies family are very surprised at t he rhubarb.. this is exactly how it should be.... people are impressed mum wants more lamb .. lord above!

oh dear......... then they mention the dreaded d word deconstructed... they hate the idea... but they make circles of pastry... they have to do something to make the Asian style choc chilli tart..... they are not gonna give up

blue tarts are also doing pastry Giles girls wish em good luck..... they have no idea if you ask me... rose water...... is that afghani? fatuglies refuse to help t hem as they bbq peaches with milk and vermicelli....it is a sugar fest... yuckies

girls move onto the filling.. hoping it is set.. oh crap it hasnt.... now what.... the pastry discs are not great either........... they are worried but get a dish up

blue tarts feel good.. although drinking perfume is mentioned. pastry is a bit of a stuff up.. blonde and not rising

fat uglies seem the happiest but still whine and whinge.......... oh dear the milk is stuffed..... blue tarts note it is amess

not traditional but looks good. some is raw, pastry is undercooked... but fruit on top sort of hides it.. definately not afghani
