the judges are cooking dishes as they walk in
turns out the teams have to replicate the dishes

Toms fish.. bhaha fish tacos.... they have a taste... fatugly teases leon who butchered the fish yesterday... so it tastes wonderful or course

Matt roast chook an shallot tartatin..... he said the tart is hard to make.. make sure the pastry is not raw.......

so Anna Strawberry and rosemary thing.. meringes panacottas and a mess of stuff.....

three hours to cook entree in an hour main in the second hour and then dessert

so tortillas first of course....... make and fridge
then salsas... hot and mild and the fatuglies are screaming at eachother

boys working more systematically an not yelling at eachother..... filletting fish is still tough for them though.... and leon has copped it again... brave! apparently this is not an easy fish to fillet........... hmm

turns out he gets it right but the fatuglies are destroying thiers, to celebrate Leon drinks the rest of the beer

now when it comes to the tortillas the fatuglies have it wrong too thick blue tarts get it right.. now the fatuglies fight again and the fat one takes over and stuffs it up judges freak out...... hilarious at this rate there will be no entre

now the fatuglies. um.............. there are no tacas just horrible raw tough discs... yuck.... they eat the rest.... they like that .. even t he batter..... not sure how thye did it

as they do the mains..... leon realises the pannacotta needs time to set.. so he does that now

fatuglies have the astry in the fridge but the chicken has em stuffed .... now it has cut itself......... she pulls herself together..... and starts n the brioche... but the chook must go in..... she is stuffing the chook under the skin... looking okay... they work on browning the drumsticks

everyone gets wht t he fatuglies have done w rong.. and finally they do too.......... alot of yelling and then they remove it more yelling....... they get t he pastry on a nd back to the oven.. Matt not sure if it will work

now the fatuglies burn down the kitchen when they char the lettuce leaves..... chook looks good they think.. out it comes, they cut it and it is good. chook legs look right too

Judges try the fatuglies food.. chook good tart disaster.... so how does it eat??? they love the chook.... matt says just as good as mine......... alas the tart is a big fail
