prins on track but has burned its hand...the dish does look good

judges eat sunday roast and now colin likes the horseradish

bitches... mmmmm well balanced good texture enough pate to moisten it....

Fettuccine Carbonara with Pangrattato.. traditiontal dish. no cream like I have it.. egg yolk and pasta water and pepper and parmesan

satay chicken with coconut rice and cucumber yoghurt salad Colin said make sure it is not dry

Prins lamb rack with pea and mint puree and an Asian salsa verde
Colin doesn't get it... what is with the Asian... he asks Salasa verde is Italian.... they assure him it works

some of the old contestents appear.. oh good lord here are hashtag ghastly.. no no no...... Alex and Emily Will and Steve Stella and jessie those mad pair from Alice springs Valerie and Courtney
Sophia and lou.. not a couple.... they were not a team the are just representing their season and those two mad Italians and robert and lindsay the Texans and the two Asian ladies who won the tassies are back and Stella and jass are loving it. Ash and Camilla..some I don't even remember

Colin said all dishes for a table have to go at once so if you get y our timing wrong you stuff it up for others
Colin said you must talk to eachother

and of course the bitches are holding up the service.. other teams are ready and have food going out... but when a table comes up which has ordered all three it completely shuts down

Pat says Colin is barking like a dog and it freaks him Colin tells them you are holding us up Barmen offer help but it is ignored

other teams are going cold and then pat drops a whole frypan full of it

as you can imagine the other teams are pissed. their lovely food is going cold..

good lord somehow they get three dishes out and the others can send theirs too

those lovely old gay guys the mad italians are blissing out on t he carbonara

except for the vile hashtag ghastlies ,they march it back to kitchen quite rudely and refuse another helping. Vic insists it is cooked Colin said a tad underdone,, I warned you it would happen.. Poor VG

prins happy ... guests are loving it.... we hear yum yum pigs bum from the lovely tassies truffle farmers

PM... Manu likes it more than Pete. the Asian salsa verde just doesn't mix says Pete
