oh yes it worked....... you pour the mixture onto a big baking dish ....... and it sets and then you make the mould

it looks lovely at the judges. Cravat says do you always cook like this..... well yes mum says it is a bit wanky gary says it is. i would rather have pate on warm toast with butter

Cravat said good... but pate is grainy.. no... too far away from basic techniques
