now Yoshra.. oh dear it looks terrible.. gary i s quite mean.... basically calls it thoughtless... cravat just goes oh dear oh dear oh dear.... dont like it....

So Waleed is up doing his mum's recipe...they like the look of it....and they like the taste

he is ditching his sauce adding the whiting in the place of the sauce

Nicole is leaving her pie in the oven until the last second so will have to serve it in the pie dish

Whiting, plum, witlof and mint
Nigella says Abbey has a good eye
Matt says a lovely fresh way of delivering all the sweet and bitterness in the box
Nigella says a plate which delights. did not disappoint at all

2nd dish is Simon

BUttered semoline, charred witlof and pan seared whiting
Nigella says using his gut to get rid of something is very important
Nigella thinks it was very good, the elements work well together
George says perfectly cooked fish

Gary says thank goodness you didnt put the plum on

3rd dish is Nicole
She thinks her dish is just a humble pie
it does look like a nice pie but the ice cream looks a bit melted
Nigella says it looks beautiful, warming and cosy
George says contaminate away
Gary digging the pie up to see the pastry
Gary says it has to be crumbly and delicious and the pastry is brilliant
Nigella says the ice cream is intense with the smoked flavour but it goes well wiht the pie
Nicole thinks it is the first time she has stood out
