I'm off chicken. Had food poisoning last year and it seems I'm still sensitive to chicken.

That's bad. I wonder if it's something to do with the way the chicken is processed.

Actually it is the way it is cooked. Before the poisoning it didn't matter if it was a little pink. Now it has to be well done or I'm in trouble, so I keep away from it.

Excuse my spelling: Maybe salmonella. Just like allergic reactions to bee stings. Once one has a reaction to a bee sting, future bee stings can be dangerous.

Can you substitute chicken with duck? I had a delicious duck dish called Bebek Betutu recently. I was at a winery and have just googled to see how it's done. Doesn't look too bad.

Don't know. Could also try spatchcock. It seems to depend on how well the chicken is cooked. Will have to check out the sam and ella thing.

Salmonella - the dreaded food poisoning couple.

Believe it or not, I'm still working on Frocky's Food. Just verrrrrrrrrrry slow these days.

I've often wondered why they call chicken wings buffalo wings. Today I googled and found the answer.
