they say it is another level of cooking from Tim.
The beef is almost buttery when you bite into it... one of those dishes where the elements contrast so well. the food has been treated so respectfully

The beef service time is almost is halfway in and nothing has left the yellow kitchen hurry hurry hurry
they finally have dishes going out but the plates aren't as attractive as the others
cravat says oh dear.. clearly not a fan of the dish... was it cooked properly? he is bamboozled by the cooking of the beef cut so thinly the fat is solidifying and is not pleasant but cravat loves the cauliflower. They are going to need to kill the dessert

Tonight is about minimising food waste..he is a real advocate for stopping waste...
4 ingredients that are most commonly thrown out are Milk about to turn, lettuce, bananas and bread thats a few days old

Ben gets raddicchio with duck.. tim said does that fit the brief.. he sees duck as a luxury item....

Simon cos bread cos it has seeds a Ceasar salad.. he shows them he is keeping the ends of t he lettuce ad doing a beetroot stem jam

Larissa.... tiramisu french toast with a choc and bread crumb there is ice cream as well!!! all this from milk and stale bread

The others all have clear ideas but Tati is lost and doesnt know
She has wasted a lot of time but Tati finally has a dish in mind bread but no idea what to cook with it...... mass said do something that is part of your memory and tradition... there is a lot of hugging going on... she is calm now and has an idea....gado gado... using bread in various ways she pickles the raddicchio

Now Nushie she needs to challenge herself... I dont cook that way..... but I will
do something milk... put it in a pan bring it to simmer add lemon juice.... it
will curdle and end up as ricotta

Massimo telling Anushka she could use banana instead of lemon. He feels the milk is an easy pick.. hey now shut the eff up..... you havent criticised anyone else for milk..

Nushie is so confused after mass interferring and throwing her off.... she is shaken but determined because she knows her dish fits the brief

Judges are disappointed in Ben as he has missed the entire point of the challenge..when they open the fridge the see the rest of the duck..so much for no waste.

Simon next...they praise it... no waste, very little taken from pantry. gary and mass say better than ceasar... gutsy and cravat totally filled the brief

Lari.. the kick her out so they can pig out... Mass smiles and nods so complex...how it all works and they all agree....

Ben... you missed the brief your duck is rubbery and undercooked...ballsed up says cravat.. raddicchio is wonderful....

well Larri Simon and tati are safe.. Lari and Simon are commended.....

but ben and nushie..........dear oh dear.... Ben contrary to the brief and you served it raw,,, you are going home
