Peter comes to encourage them in their plating

judges discuss the plating... Peter says it is the subtleties which will swing it
Simon first to assemble in front of them...it will be the longest 15 mins
but it is done.. and it seems good.. gutzes get it and say how light is that.. they hoe into it.. Peter said excellent the others all praised it highly

Now Tim he has to plate...nowhere as good as Simons to be honest..... but not a disaster... off to judges to taste.. taste my foot they scoff the lot Peter said too dense Gary said Simons crunched.... so it ain't looking good

Lari I am nervous.... the only hassle was the coral was a bit dense so s he hasnt won

anyway onto Tessa who is in tears ha ha she said to gary seeing y our face makes me cry Peter says remain calm they say that it is the best looking coral..it shatters beautifully.... Peter said it is perfect... they alll agree... she is gonna win this....She does.. and so does Simon who is going home? Lri safe

tessa runs us down... she seems organised but I am not keen on her food...Shannon said it is a safe menu
