Lari has her marron done...... the bisque is good but get onto that entreshe has to prep the bone marrow.. Shannon says no to the huge saw thing she has... he says it has to look like this. and she passes out.. so much work...

Tessas second lot of marrow look better but the main she is so behind
Shannon and Gutzy start urging them on.... Shannon said.... the have no idea how to plate up and Lari... is still doing the bones.. big freak out!

Judges have Tessas entre they love the look of it.....they are very impressed with it...gary says the fennel just is... they adore it braised and melted the suace is light Cravat adores the bisque

the beets look like a type of pear to me... must be a different sort the food at t he judges cop the spray..... dear oh dear cravat says it is quite pretty

Gary starts singing when he sees it..... Gary said there is a lot of work here..... they eat it.... omg they clean the plate they all love all the different flavours.......Cravat it is generous in terms of flavour and texture.. she is only 22 and cooking food like this

now Tessa I am not impressed with her ate Gary and Cravat are though....but it is stil very red..... they have a moment or two and then dive in... they really like it and say she has done a great job

tessa goes on and on abut beating Lari... about her flavours and so on.. hers are tried and true... against experimental flavours which might not work... it looks pretty good she takes it up
guty loves the flavours I think Gary likes it all Cravat said it is another safe dessert Guty said we know what Lari can do but Gary warned, she can go too far.. she is gonna lose.......I know it
