green still going Gordon yelling hurry up.. they are very slow, Amina checking on mains and dessert
Pohs tart shells not coming out well....stuck
Poh loses it as Gordon wants a sample and they dont have enough tart shells...gordon doesnt know.. she makes more and into the oven they go

green finally up in the gantry and green mains go down

how is the greens lamb? callum slices it...

Lynton to lead the main plating whilst Amina helps with Dessert he begins sending plates out happy with them

Jock says generous pork portion andy says it is cooked well.. cant hear crunch though
the potato is a bit stodgey but overall the pork wins out

in kitchen arguments over the pork belly. gordon wants it sliced better... but there wont be enough Gordon wanted them to cook another one.

and they only have enough for 8 people and 36 people left... ben should have listened to gordon. gantry is freaking out. gordon is looking at t he waste pork and saying I told you so. he keeps yelling fix it Reynold starts slicing it much more thinly

Blue team under ray look much better.. gordon nodding approvingly.. ray has plans for a beehive looking dish

Gordon says waiters are more sparse than pork belly

goes to judges oh how wonderful gushes Melissa Jock not keen too much thyme, blossom, verging on
your nan's pot pouri Melissa ends up agreeing..nice and refreshing at first but just too much competition on the plate

Andy enjoyed it a lot more when he bypassed the thyme but as an overall dish not a fan
Ginger is very subtle and taken over by the other flavours which is a shame.

Rey is amazingly calm they were so impressed with Reynalds discipline but let down with the result


now green hopelessly floundering at this stage.... and gordon is losing it cos no one will talk
finally tarts are being demolded.... it is a tough ask
gordon keeps insisting.. yelling.... well it is Gordon.. "Can we go ladies please? we are better than this.. for fucks sake. I want some energy lets go. finally out they go

pastry is top notch... undisturbed by the soggy custard.. a shame cos it tastes perfect
Opposite of blue Rey was technically perfect but flavours out... green had great flavours but got the cooking wrong.

Poh hopes the flavour will carry the day

a twist.. green team is not automatically safe from elim .. only one of you is safe......... more tomorrow in the battle for the only safe spot. I like that idea

They switch dishes after the 20 minute mark and 40 minute mark
So they all do 20 minutes per dish at the same time
