Nobody is going home but only 4 people are safe
The others are pumped and Khanh wants to know what is in the cloches
2 rounds, round 1 is a taste test
3 cloches that are all the judges favourites. Each dish has 24 ingredients....now that could be difficult
Each person can pick one cloche and then it is opened after they choose... you have to guess what ingredients are in the dish
Reynold and Ben picked Andy he picked curry ben not happy


khanh keeps moving from box to box
Laura goes straight to jock his dish is pasta she is happy
sarah and Khanh go for Melissa and hers is a pie. neither are happy

all have to cook round two
The person who guess most ingredients get more time to cook

khanh thinks aobut t he pie.. there is a lot of history in her cooking and modern..... almost an Australian tinge to it

Laura has pasta fajolie.. she is sure of about 12.. the rest are baffling her

Reynold thinks there is fish in the curry after tasting.. settling on kingfish , Ben says the curry has very strong flavours he thinks chicken but isnt confident

Sarah starts her 60 mins...... go sarah...... chillis spices big piece of meat and off she goes chopping it lemongrass ad coriander beef in a sambal........ hotsville!


Jock telling white pepper beef story.. in scotand white pepper goes in everything no black 0 in french cooking no white pepper barrata helped him get used to it....
Jock wanted to know is she tried to trick them with her menu...she says no

khanh still whining no veg no sugar Khan struggling with what to do with beef.. he decided on a curry paste

Sarah doing her eye fillet quick and fast on the hibachi wants it bolder than khanhs...... small a nd elegant dish...colour is amazing

Laura and Reynold
Reynold took the fish.. another savoury dish red curry with confited blue eye

Andy carrying cheese to Laura desk and she took a huge slab of pancetta... mmmm green garganelli pasta like a pennant she says0

Laura runs pasta shop and happy doing it tonight but time maybe her enemy. .making her green sauce it is all about balance... and there are no shortcuts w ith this old school pasta she says Jock hovers... no pressure

Khan wants to show judges a different side to his cooking Mel said mellow and you do not go....

Laura using a rigamonte to shape her pasta .. it is looking great.. and as it is such a simple dish it must


Ben steaming fish,, so much to do.. sauce is going sambol is going....
Portions quite small, so you wouldn't want to overpower it with the other flavours.

sarahs beef mmmm looks amazing

Harry & Poh worried about Khanh's beef. it is gonna dry out

reynald is creating art again.. he is worried it is too sweet

Fish spot on judges love it.. the flavours are amazing..... fish flakes apart glistening done in 40 mins is amazing

Judges like the look and smell of it.... text book cooked perfectly.... jock says sauce is perfect and it sucks into the pasta.. they all love it and want to keep eating it

Red curry sauce with confit blue eye kaffir lime they just love the look of it
fish perfectly cooked sauce is great but perhaps too sweet with the onions

Khanhs turn
he calls it beef coconut curry it evolved as he was cooking. No real idea at the start
Andy loves the idea but it is not cooked enough Melissa agrees,....They aren't big fans of this dish.
Curry sauce sort of nowhere. missed the mark, and the meat not cooked properly.

Sarah
a lovely elegant looking dish lemon grass and coconut beef sambal roasted tomatoes
The beef does look like it is cooked well and judges like the look of the dish as they cut it so juicy
Judges very happy with dish the juice on its on and combined with the crust.......mmmm
Jock said the toms made the dish gifted cooking

one dish w as perfection.. Sarah... she is as pleased as punch... that sauce was out of this world. you are safe from this Sundays elimination

He praised laura... but you came up against perfection you would have won any other day.
Ben got great praise too00
