I love savoury leftovers for brekky.

Son bought a Japanese pumpkin at the market on the weekend so I think I'll make a big pot of soup. It's not soup weather but you can have it cooled down. Apart from the onion and butter to begin with, I add carrot and celery and a can of coconut milk plus a few asian spices. Delish.

Last night we had a traditional Jewish dish, Osh Palov, but we didn't include the rice. Great breakfast leftovers this morning too.

From what I read of the dish, it sounds delish. Would it work with beef instead?
