Me and U for Dinner
Re: Me and U for Dinner
Yep, leftovers for brekky tomorrow.
Re: Me and U for Dinner
I love savoury leftovers for brekky.
Son bought a Japanese pumpkin at the market on the weekend so I think I'll make a big pot of soup. It's not soup weather but you can have it cooled down. Apart from the onion and butter to begin with, I add carrot and celery and a can of coconut milk plus a few asian spices. Delish.

Last night we had a traditional Jewish dish, Osh Palov, but we didn't include the rice. Great breakfast leftovers this morning too.
Re: Me and U for Dinner
I think you could use any protein.
Re: Me and U for Dinner
We made fried rice tonight with beef

For those not connected to my FB account (and I don't use my real name so I'm not easy to find)
Re: Me and U for Dinner
I couldn't see that on your FB. Looks yum yum yum. Bottom right looks like a koala riding on the piece of fish.

Seafood basket for 2. Cod, calamari, prawn cutlets and chips, from the best seafood joint in town.
