Reynalds confidence has tanked...he knows it is difficult

Amina has been thrown off being behind and losing the recipe

Amina is cracking Jess giving her the mango recipe And it has given Amina the boost she needed

Poh looking at everyone else She cant remember what she needs to do

They are all so supportive of each other. Reynald is so used to structure.

Darren says she is an amazing cook but there is faults in everything even the panna is a different colour
Andy says she just kept getting further behind

I thought that telling Hayden he was in the bottom 3 because it was upside down was a bit rich. At least it was set. Some of the other 3 safe ones weren't as set as Hayden's.

Doesn't want to repeat his mistake in the pressure test which almost sent him home
He wants to recreate the elimination dish with the scampi and with his own twist use them on hibachi and a type of oil and a mango gaspachio.
