now tahrys is not going well with the flatpack..... but looks like laith is here to help... laith starts telling them a bout bob allen who invented the allen key.... hilarious.... google search proved it was invented by someone called Allen

stinkers got them on gee I hope lenore hates them.. certainly not hamptons then building supervisor shows them that they have run out of tiles... in two places.. I am not sorry for t hem either...they ring t he shop

so here come the homeowners
they like the entry but notice the stuffed up skirting board
now the bathroom

all I hear from Lenore I love this I love this no glass nothing to clean
now the den
she loves it he says cool
I don't mind it
he loves the darker colours
she loves the homemade upholstery on the wall
the adore the rug and the floor

there are painting issues

omg look at the lounge room she said it is beautiful...starts crying says I dont deserve this it is too much for me she is absolutely wrapt in what they did

it really does look good and in my opinion closes to the hamptons love the wickerchair
she adores the niches and the lights so Hamptons... he agrees.... loves the soft blues with hints of darker ones. they really appreciate the repainted dresser...
this is definately light and love

now the WIR and she loves it... very impressed....... and when s he sees th e mirror is so happy and he loves the colours.... he notes that t he girls thought about her height

they have a pantry and she is just so happy... he is not that keen on the wallpaper... she loves it though

she said she is proud to call it her bedroom... quite nice not so sure about t he darker blues

bed is huge... he is not allowed on it..
he said well the real Hampdens is on the ceiling she agrees
not overly wrapt in the tv.
she feels it is opened up with love and light

the kitchen she freaks I have bench space ..what I wouldnt do for all that space.....
she loves it all from t einset microwave to the skylights to the shutters
he loves the colours...
he adores the kitchen and the induction stove

slightly unhappy with hte placement of the fridge.. a door opens onto a door... he guesses there was space wars

she loves her hallway.. the panelling looks wonderful tam was right
they lie the sort of feature table and mirror

but t he finihsings are awful

laundry I hear gorgeous and cute
they are quite impressed very Hamptons.. would have liked a piece of art..
agree tha tt he room will grow with aiden

ensuite
quite nice.... some of these rooms.. well bigger than a lot of actual bathrooms.. it has a double shower

clean and crips elegant hammptons open and light... braddles thinks it is the best bathroom he has seen on the show

they like the sliding doors... and they like the blues
they have a few comments about the disappointing round table.. we all told em.. way too small for the family
they dont hate the light.. w e all hate it...

but the laundry.. this they love........... he does too....
she loves the floor tiles.. I hate them... she just loves her storage cupboard

nice but nothing special to me.. they adore it however.. he said I cant fault it...

now the bathroom... Larry praises it ... clever.. they agree.... the set piece is where it should be saul disagrees.... larry said it is good because no one will see anyone having a shower from the living room

saul said no good no space cos of t he wall... I am with Larry.. it really is a great space in my opinion
