Anna has to come over and talk to the greeks... seriously I think the younger one is a bit troubled.. he is really so off the ball. He has no idea that mum and dad are coming after them.. so he argues and does things the wrong way.... everyone now is standing over the cakes pouring the choc icing over it... dad greek is hilarious
dad Italian .. oh look at Nonna's face.. jusges say too think

now butlers are moving the cake onto a plate..........judges are saing no no no it's okay and son then tries to fix icing w ith a knife. go away!!!!!!!!!!!

and sure enough shepherds cake begins to fall... oh it is awful

viets have a cake but only two layers instead of three

so the Butlers cake is cut first and it appears t be okay... judges are eating it
Anna is very pleased with them and so are the others.. looks and tastes good.

now the greeks... yeah cutting okay... now to eat.... they got t he caramel filling wrong it is split the pineapple curd is a bit off............. but overall the judges are happy

now the Italians.. cuts well dad goes whacko.. tom calls it a choc wetsuit...but it tastes good... Matt loves the taste of it. anna says it is leaning but it is the best cake so far

the waussies.. oh dear it is a disaster..... now it's cut.. not too bad... the cake tastes good even if it looks a bit wonky..... such a shame there is no base

viets...looks okay when cut...er well s ome of it does... some of the layers are broken,,, Matt says the glaze is the best

scarves two of em who work together well
viets dad and one of the girls

family fave of fish and chips
viets crispy snapper and some sort of special chips mashed potato mix with wasabi... he is chopping up a huge fish

scarves fish and potato scallops and calamari.. filletting well say judges alas the viets are butchering it
scarves are fighting and now one does something.. oh drops flour everywhere

both teams seem to be going okay.. scarves yelling as usual and arguing what chunky is... and Viets are stressed

not to be left out the greeks are at it...the boys are fighting over the cake and all the mistakes and who did what and whose fault it was

judges freaking out as Viets put spuds in the blender to mash them.. oh no no no they go when they see the wasabi.......... green wasabi mashed potato

uhoh now the greek mum lets Con have it.. he tells her she is wrong how she cooks something... she puts him in his place very calmly.... hilarious

scarves.. bloody hell say judges get that calamari on.... time is up

so scarves are up first...fish looks fantastic,, tom said it looks traditional.. matt said no Middle eastern flavours... seems they are disappointed with the fish .. then they eat it and seem to enjoy it. Scallops are a bit too battered

the judges really like the look of the Viets... lots of colour Matt is super impressed with the fish. They all really love the mango chutney....now the mash.... oh dear judges do not like the viets mash... never mind what it looks like.. it tastes like gloop says Tom Matt says it just didn't taste good. blending it up turns it into gloop.
