time to get mains going Sashi happy with his vegies... hasnt cooked fish on a bbq before/// Lennox suggests a tester... sashi more interested in consistency but goes along and it seems really good. Hooda gives it the nod

red seem to be in trouble with the damn fire. the steak is stil whole gonna have to be cut into steaks to get it done in time. the second cauli made it......

hooda is telling them three mins and they say 4... they plate the dish...not as nice looking as the entree judges love the look of it though...... touches of char.. lennox is keen to try the vinagarette,,,, gary likes it very tasty lennox love the fish crispy and tender George is enjoying it. a bit less saffron would have been better

red team plating up.... steak is perfect says ben is happy with zuch and cauli.... it does look quite nice judges all approve
gary likes it all gutzy said cauli could be softer Lenox said all the troubles with the fire made it harder. cravat said it is confused

right red dessert...... fennell and blackberry with ganache... disgusting...... chloe has made it before..... but this oven is different.. will have to be watched

blue oven roasted mouuse with blistered blackberries.... Kristin knows it might take longer and it might be inconsistent..... Reese said using vine wood.. smoky... but no it is not working smoke wise they say

krisitn chop up plums... and grill them. they agree

red jess happy with blackberry but ganache is burning... how to fix? no time.. they a gree the flavours are there... oh it looks awful I think

judges get it..... they try it... gary likes the bit of smoke on blackberries add a bit of ice cream mmmm but over t he ganache... not good and they all agree

now blue.. nor really ready... the mousse is not set properly either...runs everywhere..... hoping the flavours will carry them through

goes to judges... hey note the addition of the plums.. looks good they agree
cravat said lets never ever seen a roasted choc mousse again.... obviously not nice. the plums as an afterthought did not work...

now george is not sure about the meze... gary said shared paltte worries me ---too many t hings to find fault in

Sara eats a lot of Thai food so has a go.. I hear dipping sauce and crunchy bits ha ha
Jess has a sample is is pleased..sauce chilli and fish sauce

nona has spanish .. a paela... but in so little time.. risky.. gary a nd gutx have a smell at her pot

aldo butterflies prawns.. mmm the taster is good.... Sashi is worried he has used up too much of his herbs.. chervil must be prominent

Ben seems happy with prawns not so with flat bread... he makes a mess of peeling the prawns.... will leaving the shells on cost him?

chloe and Mexican cravat raves about t he flavours Gary said simplicity has its appeal

jess wants to talk but gutzes want to eat.... who can eat it quick enough to get t he last one!!! they love it... cravat says let'snot much around get up there y ou are safe

Aldo... are the prawns overcooked? mmm not the best they say

now Ben...the dish is disjointed said gutzy.. and prawns are over...

it comes down to these two.. ben is s afe........ and aldo has another chance.. all the past contestents pile into the room

he is up fist fish in crazy water... a sort of broth from mussel juice.. they try it fish is great.. gary likes it... cravat loves it too.. just a bit salty perhaps gutzy is enjoying it

Michelle.... the dish looks beautiful gary said beautifully folded pasta well ballanced comfortable flavours Gutzy said the old you would have ehacked another 40 things cravat loves it... even likes the kale

a lot of nice dishes follow.. but you can see that while good they are not gonna win

Lisa mmm some sort of noodles... crayfish and turmeric and a pile of vegies... yum.... they think so too... they are licking the bowl

Brendan wow goes gary brown butter poached lobster and a bonita bavois 9 hey I duno what it is) captivated by the colours alone. Cravat mmmm ah a bavois is essentially a mousse

so finally they try it... and mmm oooh and so on... this is a winner they tell him so too....
