Surprised Larissa didnt pick the 5th course but she can still do a sweet dish for 4th i guess

tim Almost an hour into his prep and all he has done is prep potatoes and onions

Lots of butter...but he is having trouble getting it through the sieve thingy...gutzy panics

Judges oh wow!!! They like the presentation and they eat........cravat adores it
so many earthy flavours Basil dressing adds a nice thing to the dish gary loves the artichokes
