sam feels uncomfy with all this meat and all the choppping.. Marco asks her if she likes lamb and she says she does.. well that's being hypocritical he says... she says it is the w ay I am. he says you will have trouble with this challenge..... no I will just do it.

marco says let the meat dominate not too much marinade..season well though... willy is loving this now let the pan do the work let it caramelise slowly, don't keep moving the chops.. plates and drizzles with seasoning and lemon... mmmmm
